 We start every service by  wiping down bicycle and visually inspecting the bike frame for damage.   (if the integrity of a bicycle frame is compromised we will not proceed with the service).

Throughout the service we clean the bicycle.  (Dirt packed, muddy, bikes will require an additional fee for cleaning).

• Remove and inspect pedal mounting, threading and re-greased.
• Inspect & secure Crank Arms Chainrings Bolts.

•  Evaluate & Adjust front and rear derailleurs, indexing performance lubricate,  inspect for proper positioning, wear & recommend any replacements.

• Inspect cable housing, cables & end caps inspected, recommend any replacement(s).

• Bring your bike in anytime before  the day of your scheduled appointment or by 10am the day of service.
• In most cases we are able to complete your tune up the day of your scheduled appointment.
• The  cost of replacement parts  are not included although their may be some discounts on line item labor and accessories when you choose Brian's Basic Tune-Up.

From the time you bring the bicycle in we communicate our thoughts and expectations for the service we are scheduling to perform. The mechanic taking in your bicycle wont necessarily be the mechanic performing the service on your bicycle, so don't be shy about providing details.. Throughout the service we communicate through our service software via SMS.  KEEP A CLOSE EYE at times we  send quotes for work to be approved and we wont move forward until the work/parts are approved.  

• E-BIkes require extra time and effort and is why we charge additional fees for service on E-bikes, especially when it requires us to remove the rear wheel. 
• Expect an additional fee where an E-Bike charge is not explicitly notated (especially for rear wheel removal)
• We work on anything that is bicycle specific components on the E-Bike but will reserve the right to say no to  work or diagnosis of any issues that may be related to the motorized or electrical mechanics of an E-Bike.
